 ok, error and warning solved.

 tested to download, it installs in:

 {{{
 C:\OSGeo4W64\r-batchfiles
 }}}

 instead of

 {{{
 C:\OSGeo4W64\apps\r-batchfiles
 }}}

 any ideas?
