[osgeo4w-dev] o-help - No such file or directory

Hi there,

I'm in a fresh Windows 10 environment. After starting "OSGeo4W.bat"
gives me this output on "o-help":

C:\OSGeo4W64>o-help
                   -={ OSGeo4W Shell Commands }=-
find: '.exe': No such file or directory
find: '.bat': No such file or directory
[removed some blank lines]
GDAL 2.3.2, released 2018/09/21

Shall I file it as a bug?
