[osgeo4w-dev] Python libraries

Hi there,

several QGIS addons need external Python libraries, f.e. "Pysal".
Most of the addons recommend to use "pip" on global installation,
which might cause trouble. Also this doesn't work if the workstation
doesn't have access to the internet (sure, there are workarounds).

Would it be possible to bundle the packages needed as installable
via the OSGeo4w installer? This also would make it possible to
transfer the packages to computers without internet access.
