 `grass76.bat.tmpl` does contain a fixed path instead of `@osgeo4w@`, that
 not necessarily corresponds to the actual `%OSGEO4W_ROOT% - the 32bit
 doesn't even match the default install path.

 Hint: the batch file could be static and use the following instead (like
 `qgis.bat`)
