 I just tried the latest nc-config and got this error:

 {{{
 ld.exe: cannot find -lcurl
 }}}

 There is no /c/OSGeo4W64/lib/curl.lib. Instead, I found
 /c/OSGeo4W64/lib/libcurl.(exp,lib,pdb).

 Looks like we need -llibcurl?
