 During installation OSGeo4W had problems downloading one of the packages
 for updating qgis-dev.  At the end the installer showed a message that
 details of the problems could be found at C:\OSGeo4W64\setup.log.full.
 The file is not in that location.  The location of the file is
 C:\OSGeo4W64\var\log\setup.log.full.
