[osgeo4w-dev] QGIS failed to start because QT platform plugin

Hi Jurgen,

I was trying qgis-ltr-dev-g7.bat --postinstall but it does nothing.

I think I have something broken in my installation, but I've already
deleted and installed it again without any progress. Do you think it can be
something in the registry?
