 Propose to include the geographiclib library as a python module (to be
 imported in PyQGIS)
 https://pypi.org/project/geographiclib/
 Some QGIS plugins already use it as an external library, so it would be
 good to have it by default; besides it has powerful geodetic processing
 tools.
