[osgeo4w-dev] Python 3.7.6 - 3.8.1 are broken for winGRASS in OSGeo4W

Just an information extracted from the previous thread;

Python 3.7.6 - 3.8.1 are broken if unpatched regarding ctypesgen.

https://www.python.org/downloads/release/python-382/

3.8.2 should be working again. Otherwise Python has to be downgraded in
order for a working winGRASS in OSGeo4W.
