 After installing qgis-dev 3.17.0-11 on Windows 10 from scratch via OSGeo4W
 network installer the following error appears trying to launch QGIS:

 ''Windows Error: Impossibile trovare il modulo specificato.''

 It seems that the package hdf5 was not automatically installed, while
 HDF5_HL.DLL and HDF5.DLL are needed by NETCDF.DLL that is needed by
 GDAL303.DLL.

 In fact, installing the package hdf5 package fixes the issue and QGIS can
 be launched.

 The hdf5 package is not among the packages which neither netcdf nor gdal-
 dev depends on.
