[osgeo4w-dev] Please Help!

To Whom it may concern

 

I am hoping one of you might be able to assist me.

 

I get satellite images from Eumetsat in NetCDF format, which I need to
convert to GeoTiff or similar to be able to use it in GIS packages such as
QGIS.

I usually make use of GDALWARP within OSGeo4W Shell.



 

This is what the data should look like (as viewed within Panoply software
from NASA):



 

QGIS cannot extract the lat/long values from the file, so if you open a
NetCDF file in QGIS it is not georeferenced.

That is why I use GDAL within OSGeo4W Shell.

I used to use the above command in OSGeo4W Shell with great success in the
past.

But now I get the following error:



 

I decided to try a file that I was able to convert in the past (March/April
2020), But ran int the same error

 

 

So I decided to uninstall QGIS 3.16 and install an older version.



But now get this error:



 

Please can you help me to convert my NetCDF files to something I can use in
GIS.

I will send you a sample NetCDF file with WeTransfer. I am specifically
interested in Ch4: IR3.9.
