 For several days, the ''osgeo4w-setup-x86_64'' is broken when trying to
 install ''QGIS'' stable or dev.

 During installation, several DLL files aren't found. After the
 installation has finished, a Windows message box informs about drive
 ''S:'', which I don't have at all.

 Seems like some stuff got hardcoded here? This is a blocker (at least for
 running QGIS).

 Please check the attached screenshots.
