 Yes for both, I have have ..\OSGeo4W\bin\libcurl.dll (last modified at
 06-10-2020) and %WINDIR%\system32\libcurl.dll (last modified at
 29-11-2016).

 So, that's definitively the problem, but I don't have admin privileges in
 that machine. Any hint Jurgen?

 Besides that, it's a local problem and so I think this ticket can be
 closed.
