[osgeo4w-dev] OSGeo4W next generation: proj_i.lib missing in C:\OSGeo4W\lib for compilation

Hi,

I'm testing a bit winGRASS master compilation in the testing OSGeo4W next generation environment.

running GRASS configure, I get the message that proj_i.lib missing in C:\OSGeo4W\lib
