 No difference with {{{set ARROW_USER_SIMD_LEVEL=NONE}}} and also with any
 other value specified at
 https://arrow.apache.org/docs/dev/cpp/env_vars.html#envvar-
 ARROW_USER_SIMD_LEVEL (apart from "SSE4.2" which should be actually
 "SSE4_2").
