 https://github.com/OSGeo/gdal/pull/5193 makes uses of the "ALTER TABLE ...
 DROP COLUMN .. " functionality of SQLite when sqlite3 >= 3.35.5 . It was
 available in 3.35.0 but according to https://www.sqlite.org/changes.html
 corruption could occur until 3.35.5
