New description:

 Installing the latest qgis-full 3.26.0-1 and qgis-ltr-full 3.28.0-1 with
 gdal 3.5.0-7, the license acceptance windows only appears for "Oracle Free
 Use Terms and Conditions" (oci-19.11-1.txt), while it doesn't appear for
 gdal-ecw and gdal-mrsid (gdal-mrsid-3.5.0-7.txt and gdal-ecw-3.5.0-7.txt
 are missing).
 The license is e.g. also missing for gdal-filegdb (not installed by
 default).

 After the installation of qgis-full, only the following files are present
 in the \etc\licenses folder:

 gdal-dev-ecw-3.6.0-46-123069d790-1.txt
