Old description:

New description:

 Since OSGeo4W Setup GUI uses translated string based on the system
 language, I think it would be useful if it was possible to select the
 preferred language directly in the GUI with a drop-down list overriding
 then the system language (i.e. the English language instead of the Italian
 language on an Italian system).
