[osgeo4w-dev] KDE's maintained 5.15 fork and HAS_KDE_QT5_*_FIX switches

Hi,
are the OSGeo4W 's Qt5 builds built from the KDE's maintained 5.15 fork?

If yes, does it contains the "PDF brush transform" fix, the 
"QFont::SmallCaps" fix and the "QFont stretch" fix?

If it's the case, could the HAS_KDE_QT5_PDF_TRANSFORM_FIX, 
HAS_KDE_QT5_SMALL_CAPS_FIX and HAS_KDE_QT5_FONT_STRETCH_FIX

be set to true for the OSGeo4W's QGIS builds in order to enable the
