New description:

Recently python3-pyarrow has been added as required by qgis-ltr-common,
while before it was only required by qgis-ltr-full-free.
Is it actually needed for *-common packages? Shouldn't it be only required
 by *-full-free packages?

 Currently python3-pyarrow is required by:

 qgis-full-free\\
 qgis-dev-full-free\\
 qgis-ltr-dev-full-free\\
 qgis-qt6-dev-full-free\\
 qgis-qt6-ltr-dev-full-free\\
 qgis-qt6-rel-dev-full-free\\
 qgis-rel-dev-full-free

 and

 qgis-ltr-common\\
 qgis-ltr-qt6-common\\
 qgis-qt6-common
