 I am the author of PR 29 (​https://github.com/jef-n/OSGeo4W/pull/29), this
 PR fixes dependencies problems in the latest version of qwc-services.

 It is necessary to release along the lates version (HEAD) of qwc2 to avoid
 compatibility problems.

 I am using these version in production (I compiled them in situ):

 Some plugins changed, but I guess that everybody whom is editing the
 configuration files is aware of this:
