 OSGeo4W currently includes an older version of osm2pgsql.
 Upstream has released osm2pgsql 2.2.0, which introduces new features and
 important improvements (e.g. locators, deleted object callbacks, improved
 replication/update handling).
 For productive OSM import and replication workflows on Windows (using the
 OSGeo4W shell), it would be beneficial to provide the current stable
 version via OSGeo4W.
 A packaging script already exists in the repository:
 src/osm2pgsql/osgeo4w/package.sh

 This script can be used as the basis for updating the package.

 OSGeo4W: osm2pgsql ≤ 2.1.x (release feed)
 Upstream: osm2pgsql 2.2.0
