 Running qgis-dev 3.99.0-1073-c9f56741f59-1, untwine.exe no longer crashes
 when a .las layer is added to a QGIS project, whereas pdal_wrench.exe
 still crashes when used by QGIS (e.g. running the "Export point cloud to
 raster" processing algorithm").
