 Can Rasterio and Geopandas be updated to the current release.

 Rasterio version in OSGeo4W is 1.4.3 (18th Dec 2025) and the current
 release is 1.5.0 (6th Jan 2026).

 Geopandas version in OSGeo4W is 1.0.1 (25th Jan 2025) and the current
 release is 1.1.2 (23rd Dec 2025).
