 Updating all the OSGeo4W packages today, the installation procedure gives
 the error the following:

 crssync.exe - System error
 The code execution cannot proceed because szip.dll was not found.
 Reinstalling the program may fix this problem.

 Package: qgis-common
         qgis-common.bat exit code -1073741515

 Afterwards, QGIS 4.0.3 fails to start with the following error:

 Error loading QGIS
 Oops, looks like an error loading QGIS

 Details:
 Could not load qgis_app.dll
 Windows error: the specified module cannot be found
