 It seems to me that, with grass 8.5.0-1, even after installing qgis-ltr
 3.44.11-2, the GRASS processing provider still fails to load and the GRASS
 processing algorithms are not available.

 The Processing tab of the Log Messages panel reports: {{{CRITICAL
 Problem with GRASS installation: GRASS was not found or is not correctly
 installed}}}

 Similarly, after installing qgis 4.0.3-2, the Processing tab of the Log
 Messages panel reports: {{{CRITICAL    Problem with GRASS installation:
 GRASS was not found or is not correctly installed}}}. While the the GRASS
 processing algorithms are available, they fail to run.

 The cause of the issue is described in
 https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/66256.

 The issue has been already fixed, anyway the fix will be effective only
 since QGIS LTR 3.44.13 (see https://github.com/qgis/QGIS/pull/66290).

 Thus I would suggest to revert to GRASS 8.4 until QGIS LTR 3.44.13 will be
 released or to apply a patch to the qgis-ltr package.
