 The Open Source Lab of the Oregon State University has updated its mirror
 from

 https://ftp.osuosl.org/pub/osgeo/download/osgeo4w/v2/

 to :

 https://ftp2.osuosl.org/pub/osgeo/download/osgeo4w/v2/

 which seems to be much faster.

 Would it be possible to adapt the osgeo4w.exe in a similar way?
