 - DOS window shortcut does not set the env variables properly if there is
 a space in the install path (error message is: "'C:\Program' is not
 recognized as an internal or external command")
 - during install, if a user browses to "C:\Program Files" the cygwin
 installer does not create an "OSGeo4w" directory....which means that all
 of osgeo4w's sub-folders now live  inside "Program Files"
