 I updated to qgis 1.0.0-6 to 1.0.0-7
 Now the software does not start
 Message: component not found: libssl32.dll. A fresh install will solve the
 problem
 I have reinstalled many times in various ways but the result does not
 change.
 This library does not exist in other pc where it works correctly Qgis.
 SO: winXPpro v2002 sp3
