Comment:

 * commited changes to res_ja.rc for Japanese text in the installer
 (r1141).
  * we've found some problems with the existing language support:
   * some English text is hardcoded in the Advanced dialog (ticket:130)
   * setup.hint values are used in the Advanced dialog, and currently only
 English is supported (ticket:131)
