 * need a way to link to various language translations, from the main trac
 page (http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/)

  * propose that we use the existing country flags that are already part of
 the MapServer documentation tree
 (https://svn.osgeo.org/mapserver/trunk/docs/_static/flagicons/)

  * to use one of them, download the flag image and then attach it to this
 ticket

  * then use the trac "{{{[[Image]]}}}" macro to refer to the flag image,
 from http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/ (see [wiki:WikiMacros])
