 Assefa,

 I've upgraded Apache to 2.2.14, and we've made some changes to allow the
 installer to use Admin privileges (ticket:133), so the installer now
 creates and starts the Apache service (tested with Windows7).  It probably
 can't work with other Windows versions, but at least it will with the
 latest (and beyond).
