 Assefa,

 I think we should upgrade to MapServer 5.6.1 now in OSGeo4W.  If you don't
 have the time at the moment, I can take this on.  Where are we with the
 status of ticket:4 - should I now be able to build MapServer and
 PHP/mapscript from the OSGeo4W libs?  I think I should be able to use the
 makefiles from 'mapserver-5.2.2-2-src.tar.bz2 ' as guidance, correct?
