 currently qgis-dev is uninstallable.  The setup.ini references a non-
 existing file.

 Please restore the latest qgis-dev package from
 [[http://buten.norbit.de/~jef/qgis-dev-1.5.0-145.tar.bz2 qgis-
 dev-1.5.0-145]] (original upload) to release/qgis/qgis-dev.

 I also see that setup.ini still lists gdal16 as dependency.  Although that
 matches setup.hint, I thought I already changed it to reference gdal17.

 Please also consider updating it from
 [[http://buten.norbit.de/~jef/setup.hint setup.hint]] and rebuilding
 setup.ini.

 And finally we're going to branch the 1.5 release this weekend and call
 for packages.  Is there an (rough) ETA when upload.osgeo.org will be
 available again?
