 very good.

 I can confirm that Interlis works now with gdal 1.6.3-4. I tested with
 QGIS and Marco Hugentoblers Interlis python plugin. I had the ili2c.jar
 already on my machine (at multiple places from other software, such as FME
 or the Interlis checker).

 Now the remaining issue is ili2c.jar and the JVM - what would be the
 proper place for ili2c.jar? %OSGeo4WRoot%\bin ?
