 the GRASS-tool g.extension maintains GRASS extensions in local GRASS
 installation
 (http://grass.osgeo.org/grass65/manuals/html65_user/g.extension.html,
 http://grass.osgeo.org/grass70/manuals/html70_user/g.extension.html).

 the tool needs a svn-client for working.

 would it be possible to add a svn-client to osgeo4w in order to get the
 tool working?
