Comment:

 There are nightly builds of the WinGRASS installer at
 http://josef.fsv.cvut.cz/wingrass/
 So far no one from the GRASS community stepped up to take over the OSGeo4W
 GRASS packages. Until that happens chances of nightly GRASS builds in
 OSGeo4W are slim.
