 I have the package ready to be uploaded but I am having trouble get access
 to download.osgeo.org
 (You must be a unique member of cn=telascience,ou=Shell,dc=osgeo,dc=org to
 login)
 I also tried buildbot.osgeo.org but that does not seem to exit anymore.

 Who has the ability to add my account?
