 it would be useful to list dependencies in reverse, e.g. ''"what packages
 require `libxml2`?''. Currently `apt requires foo` just lists downstream
 dependencies.

 I'd add this as a parameter, `apt requires --reverse foobar`, rather than
 adding a new command.
