 Since GRASS in osgeo4w has been updated to 6.4.2 it is available only in
 qgis-dev.

 When running qgis-dev the GRASS plugin seems to work fine, this is the
 result of g.version from the GRASS console

 But when adding a vector the program throws

 Cannot get projection
 Cannot run module
 command: C:/OSGeo4W/apps/qgis-dev/./grass/modules/qgis.g.info
 info=proj<br><br>ERROR: Incompatible library version for module. You need
 to rebuild GRASS
        or untangle multiple installations.
 }}}


 and the vector is eventually added to the canvas.

 When adding a raster the message is the same, but this time the program
 keeps throwing it 2/3 times and then QGIS crashes.


 At this stage there is NO GRASS support under QGIS for Windows users.
