 liblas-python-1.7.0-1 installs to `apps/python25/...` instead of
 `apps/python27/...`

 Steven AuCoin reports moving liblas from the former site-packages folder
 to the other works: http://osgeo-org.1560.n6.nabble.com/liblas-installs-
 to-python25-td4976184.html

 I created liblas-python-1.7.0-2 with this change, but I don't know if that
 is indeed sufficient. Please test.
