 I've just done a ./configure --help in the libspatialite-3.0.1-source
 within the osgeo4w-msys:

 `configure' configures libspatialite 3.0.1 to adapt to many kinds of
 systems.

   --enable-geocallbacks   enables geometry callbacks [default=yes]
 }}}

 maybe time to ask Sandro as developer of spatialite to avoid confusion
 (I'm a little bit)?
