[Osgeo4w-trac] [osgeo4w] #273: Add SAGA GIS

Actually, do not close the ticket, since we need 2.1.0 now to be
compatible with SEXTANTE. I have to change it ASAP (my fault, sorry),
so let this open as a reminder, or create a new one indicating that
the SGA version has to be updated
