 QGIS 1.8 (64 bit) is missing some of the GDAL Raster tools from the Raster
 pulldown menu.

 I don't have a 32-bit version to compare but I'll list what '''is''' in

 One of them I noticed missing right away was the Build VRT tool.

 Just noticed that QGIS 1.9(master) does have the complete Raster menu.
