 I'll close this as "best handled elsewhere", e.g.
 http://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/wiki/ExternalPythonPackages. There's been no
 interest outside myself for a packaged version, and I think there's enough
 work already keeping the existing packages up to date.
