Comment:

 I will take the action item to purge gdal-dev from our system.

 GDAL 1.10 effectively needs to be incorporated in concert with the various
 plugins which makes it a fair job.  That might happen in a couple months
 when I have more time, or it might do to just want for 1.11 to be released
 and rebuild things then.
