 When running osgeo4w-setup-x86_64.exe the first time, the default root
 directory is shown as "C:\OSGeo4W64", but I changed this to "C:\OSGeo4W".
 However each time I re-run setup from either the same installer, or from
 the setup package, it insists that the default root director is
 "C:\OSGeo4W64", even though I have changed and installed it to a different
 directory name.

 In a previous version, I recall that the installer was able to retrieve
 this preference for the root directory.
