 According to wiki:pkg-msys the `unzip` package was added in version
 1.0.18-4. However, from a MSYS shell from a 64-bit version of OSGeo4W:
 {{{
 $ unzip
 sh": unzip: command not found
 }}}

 Looking at the
 [http://download.osgeo.org/osgeo4w/x86_64/release/msys/msys-1.0.18-4.manifest
 msys-1.0.18-4.manifest] for the 64-bit series, "unzip" is not in there.

 Note that `zip` is doing just fine:
 {{{
 $ which zip
 /bin/zip.exe
 }}}
 Also, `gunzip`, `bunzip2` are also installed and working normally.
