 actually there is

 osgeo4w 32bit
 rpy2 2.3.9.

 osgeo4w 64bit
 rpy2 2.3.9.
 }}}

 accordingly to https://pypi.python.org/pypi/rpy2

 {{{
 rpy2 2.7.6
 }}}

 this old rpy2 isn't able to deal with the new R directory structure; so
 ann update would be needed.
