 Hi,

 recently I wanted to upload new testing `python3-wx` package.
 Unfortunately I do not have rights to create new directory for package.

 martinl at download:/osgeo/download/osgeo4w/x86_64/release/python3$ mkdir
 python3-wx
 mkdir: cannot create directory `python3-wx': Permission denied


 martinl at download:/osgeo/download/osgeo4w/x86_64/release/python3$ ls -ld
 drwxr-xr-x 52 jef users 4096 Aug 26 09:05 .

 Please could you change permission? Thanks
